"We moved to Madison from the Cincinnati Ohio area two months ago. We’ve been State Farm customers for over 25 years and wanted to stay with the same company but had no contacts in the area. "Good evening. I received a call last month from my State Farm office to come in for a review of my policies and to meet Ryan. I have been with State Farm for over 30 years and this was a first, my agent reaching out to get to know about me and my needs. First of all, everytime I called the office or reached out through email, Jackie or someone in the office responded to my needs quickly. I respect great customer service and care in my time of needs. Ryan talked with me for over an hour, about ours kids and what was happening in each others life. We did talk insurance, and he gave me information about all of my needs and presented options to me without a pushy "Salesman" approach. In this day and age we all are bombarded with calls or emails about saving money on insurance. I like straight forward information without pressured sales pitches. I would recommend my State Farm agent and the women that work in the office to anyone. Great customer service with a very personal touch. Many thanks to my State Farm office in Vevay. I enjoyed my visit to office and will be back soon. Have a great day!"
